Rees was elected to the board of directors of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. in August, 2006, and has been a consultant with the company since March, 1998. Mr. Rees sits on the board of directors of several public companies in the mining and oil & gas sectors. Mr. Rees has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia. |
